PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Anton Juncaj has over 15 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate investment arena. Mr. Juncaj always had an entrepreneurial spirit about him. From a young age, he began owning and operating successful local businesses. Nevertheless, Mr. Juncaj wanted to focus his business efforts in real estate investment sales. In 2015, Anton joined a reginal firm specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties in the metro Detroit market. Mr. Juncaj gained an immense amount of experience working with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords throughout every phase of the deal making experience.

Anton has facilitated deals including retail shopping centers, vacant land, office, industrial and multi-family properties. After 8 years at his previous firm, Mr. Juncaj felt it was time to take his commercial real estate efforts to a national scale. He joined the Encore team in 2023 and continues to use his vast knowledge to assist clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He works diligently to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
