Ryan Vinco is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. With over 17 years of experience, including eight years of commercial real estate loan origination and nine years in commercial brokerage, Ryan brings a unique skill set in deal underwriting and quarterbacking through high-level escrow hurdles. Ayson Shammami is a Senior Director of Investment Sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services in West Bloomfield, MI. He joined the company in 2018 as an Associate Advisor specializing in retail properties and later expanded his practice to include industrial properties.
Quick to learn and driven to excel, from the start at Encore Shammami demonstrated an aptitude for the commercial real estate industry and an understanding of the national retail landscape that far surpassed his level of experience. He swiftly proved himself within the company, outperforming industry veterans to be named a Top 10 Broker in 2020. That same year he earned a promotion to Director of Investment Sales.
In 2020, a challenging year which saw the economy upended by a global pandemic, Shammami earned the prestigious Power Broker award for Overall Transaction Volume presented by the CoStar Group, a leading commercial real estate industry market research firm.
An eager self-starter, Shammami comes from a large, close-knit entrepreneurial family. Shammami began working at age 13 after persuading an uncle to allow him to help part-time at a family-owned hotel. It was his first taste of hard work and earning his own money, and it ignited a spark of drive and ambition that continues to burn today. As his clients and colleagues in the industry will attest, Shammami brings that same eagerness, drive and persistence to his work in the commercial real estate industry.
Specializing in the sale and acquisition of single and multi-tenant investment properties nationally, as well as 1031 exchange transactions, Shammami serves clients across the spectrum. Dan Lewkowicz is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 15 years of experience in many facets of the real estate industry. Starting his career “house hacking” he quickly moved on to flip houses in and around metro Detroit and eventually created a company called Renaissance Real Estate Ventures which specializes in the acquisition, financing, renovation, and resale of single-family residential properties in the booming city of Detroit, Michigan.
Before joining Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Dan was a Senior Advisor at Fortis Net Lease specializing in commercial real estate investment sales. Dan is also a former business development executive for Amazon in Detroit Michigan. Currently, Dan is director of investment sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services and specializes in shopping centers, medical office buildings, industrial fulfillment centers, quick service restaurants and automotive repair and parts stores.
Dan has four lovely children and resides in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife Brady and enjoys running, lifting weights, yoga, and playing acoustic guitar.
Danny Samona began his career early in the development and construction industry. Since 2004 he has managed and developed a successful company building many single tenant and multi-tenant retail centers throughout Michigan and Ohio which include brands such as Dollar Tree, 7-Eleven, KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, Advance Auto Parts, Tilted Kilts, Sprint, Jimmy Johns, and many other national, regional and local retailers.
In early 2015, Danny joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services to expand into the investment brokerage industry. His experience from the development and construction industry gives him the background in understanding start to finish real estate sites from building costs, planning, zoning, communicating with banks and developers, and understanding tenant expectations. His experience gives him a strong pulse on the market in setting clients expectations.
Dante is a Senior Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He joined Encore in 2017 as Senior Advisor and, as a top-performing broker, was promoted to Senior Director in January 2020.
With a keen desire to fully engage in the operations side of the business, Lyons was recruited by his Toldeo, OH-based client, Tolson Enterprises to manage the entirety of a dynamic 3.4M sq.-ft. real estate portfolio. As Director of Operations, he oversaw real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and marketing for the privately-held company. The asset classes he managed included shadow-anchored retail centers, industrial and office properties and the Midwest’s well-known branded Lock-It-Up Self Storage facilities.
Lyons quickly grew Tolson’s asset count with three acquisitions of retail and industrial properties, handled build-to-suit developments for Fortune 100 companies (most notably TJX Companies, Inc.), increased revenue and reduced retail and office property vacancy rates via strategic acquisitions and new lease agreements. He also elevated the company’s brand awareness though well-defined social media marketing efforts. Yet despite his success, the business of brokerage strongly beckoned and in late 2022, Lyons returned to his roots and his passion, rejoining the Encore Team as Senior Director.
Lyons is a frequent contributor to commercial real estate trade publications and has been featured in Heartland Real Estate Business, Shopping Center Business, Restaurant Finance Monitor and others. A native Michigander, Mr. Yaldo was born into a family proficient in the art of entrepreneurship. He began working in the cell phone industry in 2011. Quickly realizing he had more to offer, Sal made a career change and began working at a mortgage company in 2017. For the next five years, Yaldo was obliged to develop crucial business aptitudes. Brandon Abdelnour has been specializing in the office and industrial sector of commercial real estate since 2016. As an accounting major from Walsh College in Metro Detroit, Brandon knows how to underwrite deals and how to effectively price properties to sell in efficient time frames. Brandon’s clients range from single property owners to major developers all across the country.
While working toward his degree at Walsh College, Brandon got his real estate license and did residential real estate on the side. After leaving Walsh, Abdelnour jumped right into single tenant industrial leasing at a regional industrial and office firm where he focused in the Metro Detroit region. Grant Kallevig is a licensed broker from Minneapolis MN. Grant specializes in single and multi tenant net leased products and has successfully guided many clients through sales, acquisitions, and 1031 processes. Grant’s client list includes a wide array of profiles from individual investors to developers and private equity firms. Joe’s passion is commercial real estate. Joe has always been interested in real estate investments and development. He made his passion his career in 2016 when he became a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at NAI Mid-Michigan TMN Commercial in Lansing, MI. Joe comes from a background where family is most important and he strives to treat his clients as such, keeping his clients’ needs first.
Joe studied at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at The Citadel, Joe was involved in the school’s Marine Corps program for three years. At the end of his college career, Joe graduated at the top of the leadership ranks for one company as Alpha Company’s Cadet Company Commander. Matthew Franciosi began his career early in the investment side of real estate. Since 2011 he has managed, developed, and is currently still invested in numerous real estate deals including hotels, industrial, residential, and commercial retail properties.

Tommy Hannawa is a Director of Investment Sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He has concentrated his practice in mastering the sale and acquisition of retail properties across the nation.
At the age of 15, Hannawa studied the many moving components of the retail industry. Having worked alongside his family in the commercial real estate arena, he was quickly able to develop crucial business skills to build strong relationships with investors both on the private side of the business and institutional.
Although Tommy enjoyed the retail industry, commercial real estate investment brokerage was an innate passion he wanted to pursue. Hannawa began interning at Encore with his mentor Brandon Hanna. In a short amount of time, he learned how to navigate the market to attract qualified buyers, coordinate exchanges of ownership and assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Most notably, Mr. Hannawa closed his first deal at the age of 18 – being the youngest agent to do so in Encore’s history. In turn, he received a Top Ten Agent award at 20 years old. Since then, Tommy has completed approximately 100 transactions in fifteen states, valued at approximately $88 million dollars. Mr. Hannawa is a detail oriented well organized agent with a superb work ethic. He has a keen eye for strong investment opportunities and works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for all his clients.
Anthony Minuto is an Associate Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He has focused his practice on the sale and acquisition of single and multi-tenant investment properties on a national scale.
A New York native, Anthony made the decision to move to Michigan and begin working in our Farmington Hills office. Mr. Minuto promptly obtained his real estate license and dove headfirst into the commercial real estate arena. With the proper mentorship, Mr. Minuto quickly became an advantageous dealmaker. He has proven time and time again that he is committed to exhausting every option and opportunity available to get the best deal for his clients, despite the many challenges our markets face in today’s climate.

Carla P. Carmack joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services in September 2020. Ms. Carmack focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties across several asset classes on behalf of domestic and offshore institutional investors nationwide. In the course of her career, she has been involved in billions of dollars of office, industrial, self-storage, retail, land and mixed-use assets. Her experience includes 100% and partial interest sales and recapitalizations as well as joint venture transactions. Ms. Carmack has spent her career helping clients structure transactions to best meet their goals.
Ms. Carmack joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services after working on the National Net Lease Group at SRS Real Estate Partners, where she served as an Associate with a focus on institutional retail assets. Carla began her real estate career at Westport Capital Partners, where she worked on acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, fundraising, and was a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Ms. Carmack has received many honors throughout her career and has been involved in numerous landmark sales, recapitalizations and joint ventures across the country, primarily for institutional clients in the markets of Los Angeles, Orange County, New York City, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
Ms. Carmack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Science in Finance degree from University of San Diego. She is well equipped with both the knowledge and experience to assist clients in achieving their investment goals.

Graduating from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, he originally began his career as a manufacturing engineer within the Automotive industry. Marcel Pearl is a Commercial Retail Estate Broker in the City of Detroit with over 15 years of sale experience. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across several asset classes. However, he specializes in retail assets including, single tenant net lease, shopping centers & mixed-use developments. Throughout his career, Mr. Pearl completed transactions of apartments, industrial, and vacant land. Mike graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. He and his wife reside in the beautiful state of Kentucky with their four children and Chocolate lab, Mosie.

Nicky Kassab is an Associate Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services, with a specialty in Single Tenant Net Leased Retail Investments.
Prior to joining encore in 2020, Nicky worked in both real estate private equity and development. He left his role in real estate development to pursue a career in a result-driven, client-facing sales environment.
Nicky adds value to his clients by using his broad industry experience to advise them on both the acquisition and disposition of investment grade commercial real estate.
He prides himself on his relentless commitment to his clients and to improving his craft. Nicky is a graduate of DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business where he earned a BA in finance.
Noah Dalaly is a results-driven professional with a passion for finance. He graduated in 2021 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

During his tenure, he demonstrated attention to detail and a ability to interpret financial data, which contributed to the firm’s growth and success. His career in real estate began early, with an internship at Encore at 17, which fueled his passion for the field. By 18, Ramzy had earned his real estate license and began brokering deals, showcasing a drive and dedication that has been central to his journey.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Ramzy is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance at The Mike Ilitch School of Business. This academic foundation strengthens his financial expertise, enabling him to provide clients with strategic insights rooted in both industry experience and financial principles. Shlomo Aron has joined The Lewkowicz Group with Encore Real Estate Investment Services as an Associate Investment Advisor.
Shlomo offers a unique national perspective on commercial investments as well as a strategic marketing campaign to enable his clients the ability to achieve the best values for their properties and advises high net worth individuals, family offices, large trusts, and private investors to perfect their investment strategies.

Shlomo Aron joins Encore Real Estate Investment Services after several years as a real estate agent helping investors buy and sell rental properties and flipping houses throughout the state of Maryland. He was known for his marketing prowess and ability to take all “problem” deals to the finish line.
Shlomo holds a Bachelor of Talmudic Studies from Beis Medrash Mayan Hatorah and is an active member of the dinner committee. Shlomo is also a graduate of the CRE Pro Course.

Leonard Minuto is an Associate Advisor who joined the Encore team in 2019. Since then, he has focused his practice in representing exclusive clients in the disposition and acquisition of net leased investment real estate throughout the country.
A Rockland County New York native, Mr. Minuto has always had a passion for commercial real estate. Leonard understood the necessity of learning the building blocks of the investment industry so that he can incorporate it into his brokerage career. He was a devoted student at Florida Atlantic University where he received his degree in finance. Upon graduation, Leonard decided to tackle the next building block of commercial real estate – obtaining firsthand experience.
Mr. Minuto, still in Florida at the time, heard of Encore Real Estate and made note of their outstanding track record. Wanting to learn from veterans in the commercial arena and be a part of a client-centric firm, Leonard applied for an associate position. Qualified and eager to learn, he moved to Michigan to begin training in our Farmington Hills office. His educational background provided Minuto extensive knowledge when underwriting potential deals and managing a pipeline of investment transactions.
Since that point in time, Mr. Minuto has successfully closed deals valued at $40 million dollars across multiple states including Florida, South Carolina, New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia. Leonard is an extremely reliable, dedicated, and disciplined agent who will continue to excel in achieving his client’s objectives.
Megan Denha has joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services as General Counsel of the firm. She specializes in handling a wide array of legal matters that impact the firm while ensuring all brokers properly comply with state laws, as business is being transacted in over forty states.
Megan was the first student to participate in Oakland University’s 3+1 partnership with Wayne State Law school. She completed her undergraduate degree in just two years, graduating from Oakland University Magna Cum Laude. Megan was immediately accepted to Wayne State Law School obtaining the Provost Scholarship for academic achievement.
At Wayne Law, Megan was involved in courses pertaining to business transactions, negotiations, , and analyzing urban development. Moreover, she participated in the transactional law competition to strengthen both her analytical and contract drafting skills. She graduated from law school in two and half years with honors and passed the Michigan Bar Exam upon graduation.
During law school Megan interned with a Michigan based law firm in their eminent domain division. Her job focused on eminent domain necessary for modern infrastructure. Before joining Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Megan was employed at a Michigan based business law and litigation firm which services national corporations. Her practice involved construction, architectural, and engineering litigation.
Megan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Chaldean Bar Association, and is proactively working with lobbyist groups to preserve the benefits of 1031-exchanges.
Megan is a driven practitioner. Her legal background has proven invaluable when assisting clients in commercial deals. In short, she is fully equipped to analyze every aspect of a deal – due diligence, title matters, and drafting purchase agreements – she can do it all. She is motivated to preserving Encore’s brand in the commercial real estate arena and beginning this new chapter in her career.
Tracey Sensing is the Marketing and Transaction Coordinator for Encore Real Estate Investment Services. She has worked with the team since 2011 and has over a decade experience in the Real Estate Industry, having worked at a full service real estate firm prior to joining Brandon and Deno. Her duties include spearheading the team marketing efforts as well as client and escrow coordination. Tracey is a native of Garden City, MI where she resides with her husband Tony and their family.
