Brandon Hanna is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Alongside his partners Deno Bistolarides and Ryan Vinco, Brandon oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. Throughout his investment brokerage career, Brandon has broken price per square foot records and cap rate records in nearly every market which he has sold properties over the span of his near 12+ year career. Brandon has proven himself a leading advisor and strategist through his solution-driven style and has countless successful case studies, of which showcase various wins for his institutional, and private investor client base. Brandon’s clients include some of the most prominent developers, institutions, and private investors in the industry. Brandon has completed over 400 transactions in 40 states valued at over $2 Billion dollars and has successfully completed 80+ loan assumptions. This experience offers a higher assurance of closing and a faster turnaround time as each client is assisted and advised on strategic exit strategies aimed at achieving their investment goals.

Prior to founding Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Brandon began his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he was able to exceed the multi-billion dollar level of total sales by age 29. Danny Samona began his career early in the development and construction industry. Since 2004 he has managed and developed a successful company building many single tenant and multi-tenant retail centers throughout Michigan and Ohio which include brands such as Dollar Tree, 7-Eleven, KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, Advance Auto Parts, Tilted Kilts, Sprint, Jimmy Johns, and many other national, regional and local retailers.

In early 2015, Danny joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services to expand into the investment brokerage industry. His experience from the development and construction industry gives him the background in understanding start to finish real estate sites from building costs, planning, zoning, communicating with banks and developers, and understanding tenant expectations. His experience gives him a strong pulse on the market in setting clients expectations.

Deno Bistolarides is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Brandon Hanna and Ryan Vinco, Deno oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. In his career, which has spanned over a decade, Deno has advised private clients, developers, institutions and has completed over 400 transactions in 40 states valued at over $1 Billion dollars. His expertise encompasses net leased retail across broad tenant types, sale-leaseback transactions and retail shopping centers.

Ryan Vinco is a founding member and Managing Partner of Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Along with his partners Deno Bistolarides and Brandon Hanna, Ryan oversees a team of seasoned investment professionals that focus on advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States.

With over 17 years of experience, including eight years of commercial real estate loan origination and nine years in commercial brokerage, Ryan brings a unique skill set in deal underwriting and quarterbacking through high-level escrow hurdles. This experience offers a higher assurance of closing with pro-deal making alternatives and strategies aimed at achieving buyers and sellers common goal of closing.

Utilizing his extensive experience and leadership Ryan enjoys his a role in coaching and the development of new Encore Agents.

Anthony Minuto is an Associate Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He has focused his practice on the sale and acquisition of single and multi-tenant investment properties on a national scale.

A New York native, Anthony made the decision to move to Michigan and begin working in our Farmington Hills office. Mr. Minuto promptly obtained his real estate license and dove headfirst into the commercial real estate arena. With the proper mentorship, Mr. Minuto quickly became an advantageous dealmaker. He has proven time and time again that he is committed to exhausting every option and opportunity available to get the best deal for his clients, despite the many challenges our markets face in today’s climate.

Anthony has mastered being a main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure a fair dealing for all parties involved in a transaction. Furthermore, he conducts daily research to stay up-to-date on industry trends as the market continues to shift.

Mr. Minuto is a self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional. He is an excellent multitasker and enjoys having a high level of personal responsibility while working in a fast-paced environment.

Eric Reed is a commercial real estate investment advisor helping clients build, scale, and diversify portfolios across the Midwest—particularly within the multifamily and retail sectors of Greater Detroit. Leveraging expertise in market analysis, underwriting, and strategic advisory, Eric provides property owners and investors with data-driven insights and tailored guidance throughout the acquisition and disposition process.

Eric is widely recognized for his uncompromising drive and discipline. Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Dr. Reed spent 15 years in higher education as a mid- and executive-level administrator, where he helped hundreds of students graduate and designed systems that improved enrollment.

A lifelong advocate for financial literacy and entrepreneurship, Eric also coaches professionals to build generational wealth beyond their careers. Dr. Reed holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a doctorate from Eastern Michigan University. He has been recognized as a Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40 honoree and one of Central Michigan University’s 10 Within 10 Notable Alumni.

He currently resides in Detroit, Michigan, with his wife and children.

Jim Papalois is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the point-of-sale (POS) industry and consulting for restaurants and retail businesses. He works closely with clients to streamline operations, increase profitability, and navigate the evolving retail and restaurant landscapes.

A graduate of the University of Michigan–Flint (B.A. in Marketing), Jim couples academic insight with real-world expertise in both technology and brick-and-mortar business models.

In 2025, Jim joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services, where he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased, multi-tenant strip-center properties as well as restaurant and retail businesses. The firm is nationally active in retail investment brokerage and advisory.

Based in Troy, Michigan, Jim lives with his wife, Dena, their two children, Maria and Yianni, and his beloved West Highland White Terrier, Plato. He is proud of his Greek heritage and is fluent in Greek.

With a unique blend of POS consulting, retail/restaurant real‐estate expertise, and entrepreneurial drive, Jim serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, investors, and operators seeking to optimize their operations and real-estate holdings.

Mike West specializes in the representation of clients buying and selling single and multi-tenant retail properties across the United States. Mike joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services in 2023 with previous experience coming from Marcus & Millichap.

He has played an integral role in new business development and consistently providing clients with market leading information and advisory services. Additionally, he brings ten years of sales experience from the retail and manufacturing industries and is exceptional in relationship development..

Mike graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. He and his wife reside in the beautiful state of Kentucky with their four children and Chocolate lab, Mosie.

Noah Dalaly is a results-driven professional with a passion for finance. He graduated in 2021 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

Starting his career at a private wealth management firm, Noah sharpened his skills in financial analysis, risk management, and investment strategies. During his tenure, he demonstrated attention to detail and a ability to interpret financial data, which contributed to the firm’s growth and success. Seeking new challenges, he later transitioned to a national financial institution, where he joined a team of experts responsible for managing high-profile portfolios and complex financial transactions. His experience at this firm exposed him to a wide range of industries and investment opportunities, broadening his understanding of global financial markets and solidifying his reputation as a reliable and trusted professional.

Ramzy Kizy is a dedicated commercial real estate broker at Encore Real Estate Investment Services, where he specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant retail properties. His career in real estate began early, with an internship at Encore at 17, which fueled his passion for the field. By 18, Ramzy had earned his real estate license and began brokering deals, showcasing a drive and dedication that has been central to his journey.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ramzy is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance at The Mike Ilitch School of Business. This academic foundation strengthens his financial expertise, enabling him to provide clients with strategic insights rooted in both industry experience and financial principles. Shlomo Aron has joined The Lewkowicz Group with Encore Real Estate Investment Services as an Associate Investment Advisor.

Shlomo offers a unique national perspective on commercial investments as well as a strategic marketing campaign to enable his clients the ability to achieve the best values for their properties and advises high net worth individuals, family offices, large trusts, and private investors to perfect their investment strategies.

Shlomo specializes in single and multi-tenant retail properties, cannabis assets and hospitality properties. Whether it is an institutional REIT or independent owner, Shlomo proves himself to be an invaluable member of each investment team that he is a part of.

Shlomo Aron joins Encore Real Estate Investment Services after several years as a real estate agent helping investors buy and sell rental properties and flipping houses throughout the state of Maryland. He was known for his marketing prowess and ability to take all “problem” deals to the finish line.

Shlomo holds a Bachelor of Talmudic Studies from Beis Medrash Mayan Hatorah and is an active member of the dinner committee. Shlomo is also a graduate of the CRE Pro Course.

In his spare time Shlomo enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Brandon Abdelnour has been specializing in the office and industrial sector of commercial real estate since 2016. As an accounting major from Walsh College in Metro Detroit, Brandon knows how to underwrite deals and how to effectively price properties to sell in efficient time frames. Brandon’s clients range from single property owners to major developers all across the country.

While working toward his degree at Walsh College, Brandon got his real estate license and did residential real estate on the side. After leaving Walsh, Abdelnour jumped right into single tenant industrial leasing at a regional industrial and office firm where he focused in the Metro Detroit region. His past experience with leasing gives him a solid foundation in what investors look for in a lease, as well as the ability to underwrite and thoroughly understand the landlord responsibilities that can come with acquiring an asset.

Brandon started in the industry at the age of nineteen while attending the University of Michigan School of Economics. Beginning at a national real estate brokerage as an intern and underwriting assistant to Deno Bistolarides, Brandon Hanna, and Ryan Vinco, Kassab received high level training from the nation’s top retail & net leased brokers, allowing him to break into brokerage success at an early age.

Brandon’s knowledge of the product type allows Kassab to advise on vital scenarios including lease renewals, tenant negotiation, and maximizing value of assets before a sale.

Brent Hanna is a Senior Director with Encore Real Estate Investment Services and consistently a top producing Agent. Concentrating his practice in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant net lease assets, multi-tenant assets and facilitating sale-leaseback transactions.

Brent has proven himself to be an integral part of the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Hanna has established dozens of long-standing relationships with a network of the regions and nation’s industry leading real estate companies. He has an ample amount of hands-on experience working with institutions, REITs, developers, investors and private landlords during site evaluations, tenant negotiations and blend-extend opportunities.

Mr. Hanna has set himself apart through his unique aptitude while working with private investors and exchange buyers. Moreover, his attentive personality and moral standard have made him a “go to” broker that his clients consistently depend on. He has the talent to quickly recognize his client’s objectives and develop clever strategies to achieve their goals.

Dan Lewkowicz is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 15 years of experience in many facets of the real estate industry. Starting his career “house hacking” he quickly moved on to flip houses in and around metro Detroit and eventually created a company called Renaissance Real Estate Ventures which specializes in the acquisition, financing, renovation, and resale of single-family residential properties in the booming city of Detroit, Michigan.

Before joining Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Dan was a Senior Advisor at Fortis Net Lease specializing in commercial real estate investment sales. Dan is also a former business development executive for Amazon in Detroit Michigan. Currently, Dan is director of investment sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services and specializes in shopping centers, medical office buildings, industrial fulfillment centers, quick service restaurants and automotive repair and parts stores.

Dan has four lovely children and resides in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife Brady and enjoys running, lifting weights, yoga, and playing acoustic guitar.

Dante is a Senior Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He focuses exclusively on advising clients in retail investment sales and acquisitions, including both Net leased single tenant properties (Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Wawa, AutoZone, Bridgestone Firestone, Dollar General, etc.) and multi-tenant retail centers, as well as sale-leaseback transactions (Burger King, Arby’s, RaceTrac etc.)

Dante is a seven year veteran in the real estate investment advisory business and has transacted single tenant and multi tenant assets leased to national tenants across the country creating long term relationships with his clients. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.

In that role, he led acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and build-to-suit developments for Fortune 100 companies, while driving increased occupancy, revenue growth, and brand visibility. A proud Eagle Scout and graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Real Estate Development and Finance, Lyons remains deeply connected to Oakland County, where he lives in Highland with his wife Jessica and their two daughters, Ruby and Nora. The most rewarding engagement he favors is his annual visit back to Central Michigan University to speak to budding real estate entrepreneur students in the Finance capstone class in the business school. He is an active member of Prestwick Village Golf Club, serving on both the Golf and Greens Committees, and believes strongly in giving back through leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.

Grant Kallevig is a licensed broker from Minneapolis MN. Grant specializes in single and multi tenant net leased products and has successfully guided many clients through sales, acquisitions, and 1031 processes. Grant’s client list includes a wide array of profiles from individual investors to developers and private equity firms. Grant’s strong passion for real estate and honest communication continues to earn him clients who are leaders in the investment community.

Hunter’s purpose at Encore is aimed at ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire commercial real estate transaction process. His relentless drive for perfection provides that only the best experiences possible for his clients are achieved.

Relying on his strength of market analysis to evaluate assets, Hunter is able to provide unique insight into on and off market properties that help maximize potential future earnings. Graduating from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, he originally began his career as a manufacturing engineer within the Automotive industry. While working as an Engineer, Hunter developed the deep analytical and communicative skill set that is required to navigate through real estate transactions.

Joe’s passion is commercial real estate. Joe has always been interested in real estate investments and development. He made his passion his career in 2016 when he became a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at NAI Mid-Michigan TMN Commercial in Lansing, MI. Joe comes from a background where family is most important and he strives to treat his clients as such, keeping his clients’ needs first.

Joe studied at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at The Citadel, Joe was involved in the school’s Marine Corps program for three years. At the end of his college career, Joe graduated at the top of the leadership ranks for one company as Alpha Company’s Cadet Company Commander. Joe continues to use the leadership, discipline, and comradery The Citadel instilled in him through his career at Encore.

Kaleb Rupp specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of single tenant net leased assets. With a deep understanding of tenant’s credit, leases, and real estate fundamentals, Kaleb is able to provide his clients with a strategic advisory role. By understanding each property, he is able to add a great value to each client on every transaction.

While earning a degree in Sales and Marketing from The University of Toledo, he successfully provided tenant leasing advisory throughout Ohio. After graduating, Kaleb worked as an Associate Broker at Stan Johnson Company where he completed transactions across the United States. Leonard Minuto is an Senior Director who joined the Encore team in 2019. Since then, he has focused his practice in representing exclusive clients in the disposition and acquisition of net leased investment real estate throughout the country.

A Rockland County New York native, Mr. Minuto has always had a passion for commercial real estate. Leonard understood the necessity of learning the building blocks of the investment industry so that he can incorporate it into his brokerage career. He was a devoted student at Florida Atlantic University where he received his degree in finance. Upon graduation, Leonard decided to tackle the next building block of commercial real estate – obtaining firsthand experience.

Mr. Minuto, still in Florida at the time, heard of Encore Real Estate and made note of their outstanding track record. Wanting to learn from veterans in the commercial arena and be a part of a client-centric firm, Leonard applied for an associate position. Qualified and eager to learn, he moved to Michigan to begin training in our Farmington Hills office. His educational background provided Minuto extensive knowledge when underwriting potential deals and managing a pipeline of investment transactions.

Since that point in time, Mr. Minuto has successfully closed deals valued at $40 million dollars across multiple states including Florida, South Carolina, New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia. Leonard is an extremely reliable, dedicated, and disciplined agent who will continue to excel in achieving his client’s objectives.

Marcel Pearl is a Commercial Retail Estate Broker in the City of Detroit with over 15 years of sale experience. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across several asset classes. However, he specializes in retail assets including, single tenant net lease, shopping centers & mixed-use developments. Throughout his career, Mr. Pearl completed transactions of apartments, industrial, and vacant land. His experience working with seasoned buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords has made him an excellent dealmaker. He is able to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of a transaction – making him an asset to any potential deal.

With the proper mentorship at Encore Real Estate, Marcel has established a massive client base throughout the country. Marcel studied finance at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He immediately began developing his career in commercial real estate. Marcel Sarkisian specializes in the single tenant acquisitions and dispositions of Industrial and Office investment assets throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Encore, Marcel spent two years with a regional Industrial and Office firm where he specialized on leasing and sales of Industrial and Office properties.

He gained valuable experience in tenant and landlord lease representation, sale-leaseback and general advisory services. Marcel’s ambitious drive, entrepreneurial mindset and providing clients with sound advice are the pillars on which he plans on building his reputation.

Matt is a Senior Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He focuses exclusively on advising clients in retail investment sales and acquisitions, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout the country. Matt is a 7 year veteran in the real estate investment advisory business and has transacted single tenant and multi tenant assets leased to national tenants across the country. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Matthew Franciosi began his career early in the investment side of real estate. Since 2011 he has managed, developed, and is currently still invested in numerous real estate deals including hotels, industrial, residential, and commercial retail properties.

Matt joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services to expand his expertise into the investment brokerage industry. His experience in the investment world gives him the background in understanding the needs of his clients. Matt lives by the adage of “Focusing completely on making the right deal for my client is what drives me every day”

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and prior to entering the real estate world worked for both Chrysler and Compuware.

Michael Gaggo is a Senior Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. Michael specializes in representing owners and developers in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment properties nationally.

Michael has transacted with private clients, developers, private equity funds, and REITs in completing numerous transactions consisting of CVS’s, Walgreens, Rite Aids, Starbucks, PetSmart’s, and other institutional grade net leased products. Michael is devoted to sharing his knowledge and expertise with his clients in order to strategically aid them in the direction of both fulfilling their investment goals and improving their position in the marketplace. Mike Marzinske is a Senior Advisor and Investment Real Estate specialist for the firm’s Minneapolis office. He focuses on the acquisition & disposition of Single Tenant Net-Leased as well as Multi-Tenant retail property here in Minnesota and across the country.

Mike is a member of The Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Prior to joining Encore, Mike started his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011 and became one of the Minneapolis office’s top producing retail agents. Mike has closed over 35 transactions with a total property value approaching $100M.

Tommy Hannawa is a Director of Investment Sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He has concentrated his practice in mastering the sale and acquisition of retail properties across the nation.

At the age of 15, Hannawa studied the many moving components of the retail industry. Having worked alongside his family in the commercial real estate arena, he was quickly able to develop crucial business skills to build strong relationships with investors both on the private side of the business and institutional.

Although Tommy enjoyed the retail industry, commercial real estate investment brokerage was an innate passion he wanted to pursue. Hannawa began interning at Encore with his mentor Brandon Hanna. In a short amount of time, he learned how to navigate the market to attract qualified buyers, coordinate exchanges of ownership and assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Most notably, Mr. Hannawa closed his first deal at the age of 18 – being the youngest agent to do so in Encore’s history. In turn, he received a Top Ten Agent award at 20 years old. Since then, Tommy has completed approximately 100 transactions in fifteen states, valued at approximately $88 million dollars. Mr. Hannawa is a detail oriented well organized agent with a superb work ethic. He has a keen eye for strong investment opportunities and works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for all his clients.

Tracey Sensing is the Marketing and Transaction Coordinator for Encore Real Estate Investment Services. She has worked with the team since 2011 and has over a decade experience in the Real Estate Industry, having worked at a full service real estate firm prior to joining Brandon and Deno. Her duties include spearheading the team marketing efforts as well as client and escrow coordination. Tracey is a native of Garden City, MI where she resides with her husband Tony and their family.
