PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Tommy Segars is a Detroit native with a keen eye for entrepreneurial investment real estate. He attended university on the west coast and moved back to his hometown to work for Century Partners as a development analyst in 2021. Tommy participated in the asset management, construction management, and property management of multi-family assets. He was able to gain knowledge and skills such as financial modeling, acquisition and disposition strategy, data analytics, and organizational skills.

Today, Tommy utilizes those skills learned to advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets. He is devoted to uncover timeless and generational real estate investments. Furthermore, he prides himself on creating genuine and meaningful relationships with all clients and professionals he comes across throughout the industry. Tommy's goals include making a social impact in culture and diversity. This will in turn allow him to understand insights - utilizing both an advisory and transactional approach to real estate.
